Click to Read an Important Member Update Regarding Our Comment System
We recently upgraded our comment system to improve reliability, performance, and long-term control, and we’re currently running both systems during the transition. This shift moves us away from an external service to a system we run and control directly—meaning we own the content and can continue improving it over time. We’ve also reduced the comment refresh delay from about 30 seconds to 10 seconds, making it much closer to real-time.
We understand there have been frustrations and increased feedback, and we’re actively working to improve things. What we ask is simple: use the system and give it a fair shot. If you run into issues, please submit them through the support form so we can track and fix them properly. Repeated complaints without details don’t help us solve problems—we appreciate your patience as we continue refining the experience.

We are now 40 percent complete with this 2022 season and the trade deadline is right around the corner as we head into the second half of June after midnight. The Washington Nationals really need an ace performance from Erick Fedde tonight. The Nats’ bullpen has worked hard, and everyone could use a Fedde gem on the Nats’ side. Continue reading →
We knew that the Washington Nationals would be making several moves today due to Stephen Strasburg getting scratched from his start and going on the 15-day IL with a stress reaction in his ribs. Making his MLB debut in Strasburg’s place will be Jackson Tetreault. He was named as our pitcher of the month in May in the minor league system, and the 26-year-old has really become one of the most improved starters in the Nats’ system. Continue reading →
There are things you can control and things you cannot. After one start with the Washington Nationals, Stephen Strasburg is going back on the IL due to feeling discomfort. Manager Dave Martinez would not name a starter for tomorrow, however all signs point to Jackson Tetreault to make that start. Continue reading →
This was a big week between multiple promotions throughout the affiliates and the Dominican Summer League and Florida Complex League starting.
As you can see, the qualification for some non-counting stats will be very low for the players just starting in the DSL and FCL.
Wilson Garcia had quite the week, hitting four homers against the Bowie Baysox. He shot straight up to third most home runs in the system.
Here is the Team of the Week!
Tim Cate earned pitcher of the week for his 11 strikeout performance. He’s been great in his three starts and the former second rounder’s season ERA is down to 3.26.
After today’s game, the Washington Nationals will have 100 games remaining in their 2022 season, and the schedule is almost 40 percent complete. Today, the Nats have a shot to sweep the Milwaukee Brewers. Just a few days ago, the Brewers were in first place in the NL Central. Continue reading →
