Talk Nats Ticket Exchange

A number of Talk Nats commenters (as well as writers) are season ticket owners.

In the comments for #Nats stay home for Cardinals: Leake and Gio Gonzalez to start, Drazthegr8 mentioned the idea of the Talk Nats community creating a way to share tickets. Basically the idea is to allow those Season Ticket holders to list tickets that are part of their plan that they can’t use in order to sell them to others (or perhaps trade). Draz created a initial Google Docs spreadsheet for that purpose and DonH made a few updates to make it easier to review what is available. Continue reading →

Team USA and Team Colombia Murphy, Roark, and Solano

There will either be two happy Nats and two unhappy Nats after this one depending on who wins.

You want to be a #Nats star for a TV commercial?

We were sent this press release for a casting call for Nationals’ fans. It looks interesting for those who want to be in a Washington Nationals’ commercial.

Carlyn Davis Casting is looking for non-union talent for a spot for the Washington Nationals. Shoot will be in the DC Metro Area on March 17, 2017.

They are looking for real Nats fans, male and female, any ethnicity, ages 14-70.

In your submission, please include answers to the following questions:

  • How long have you been a Nats fan?
  • How often and how do you watch Nats games (ex. TV, at Nats Park, MLB.tv, etc)?
  • Who is your favorite player?
  • What is your profession?

For consideration or for more information please email [email protected] with a photo (selfie is fine). Please put “Nats Fan Casting” in the subject of your email and include all contact information in the body of the email.

If you do not have a local MD/DC/VA phone number please indicate in which city/state you are currently located.

All submissions must be received no later than 12 pm Friday, March 10, 2017.

If you are not available for the shoot date please DO NOT submit

They are currently looking for people in the VA/DC/MD area ONLY, and they are requesting no phone calls, please.

Scherzer throws his 3 finger fastballs to his battery mate Wieters
