How’s about a commissioned piece of art of your favorite Washington Nationals player (past or present)? Just go through Brian Fox’s website to see what you like! He was just named Sports Artist of the Year for 2021, and he is an artist to the stars. His artwork was used for a Patriots Super Bowl ring, and several originals hang in Tom Brady’s home. His originals might cost you as much as a car, but well worth it!

The baseball card market is absolutely exploding in prices. One of the priciest cards is the Juan Soto card in Bowman’s 1st. The asking price of one of these on eBay is $200,000. A similar card on auction sold for over $400,000. According to SCD, a PSA 7 2016 Bowman Chrome Prospects Red Refractor Autograph Juan Soto (# to 5) that went for $273,060.

Across from the centerfield gates at Nats Park is the closest you can get to looking into the stadium!  The Envy is a condominium building and the only residence you can own to watch from your balcony into Nats Park as Stephen Strasburg pitches in 2022 and beyond.
