Game #160 Final series of the season for the Nats!

Guess what? There is inclement weather at CitiField tonight as the East Coast continues to get rain from the remnants of Hurricane Ian. While the Mets will play in the postseason and most likely as a Wild Card team, the Washington Nationals will be golfing this weekend because this is the final series of the season for the Nats.

With their 104th loss in the books from yesterday, this team set a record for the most losses of any Nats team in their history. Fortunately the Nats won’t break the Expos franchise record of 110 losses but they did surpass the 103-loss season of 2009. This week we will have a story on the silver lining of this 2022 team, kind of like we did with the 2009 team.

The Nats will stick with spot starter Cory Abbott for this one, and the Mets counter with Carlos Carrasco.
