Game #115 Nats go with Anibal

The Washington Nationals did not make any roster moves today because Luis Garcia felt better after tweaking his groin and will be day-to-day. The team’s lineup looks much different than it did two weeks ago. Yes, two of the Nats starters occupy right field and first base for the Padres. But hey, it wasn’t like the Nats were winning with them.

Tonight it is Anibal Sanchez with the start for the Nats, and the team should be getting Erick Fedde back soon, and it was announced that Patrick Corbin will start on Tuesday versus the Chicago Cubs. After that series, the Nats will fly to San Diego to face the Padres. One Padre the team won’t face is Fernando Tatis who was suspended 80-games for PEDs.
