Game #90 Max Scherzer wants it!

The Nationals are in the second game of this four game series against the Reds. Max Scherzer gets the start, and this was the only stadium of the 30 ballparks in Major League Baseball that Max had not pitched in before. The rookie Luis Castillo will get the start for the Reds, and he faced the Nats when the teams played each other in Washington, D.C. a few weeks ago.

The Nationals are coming off of a win last night where they saw all facets of the team excel. The Reds will go a little more left-handed versus Scherzer tonight and Scooter Gennett will be inserted at 2nd base tonight.

The Nationals line-up will have some changes from last night also as Dusty Baker mixes it up some. Daniel Murphy sat last night to get him an extra game to rest. None of the All-Stars are sitting tonight.
