Washington Nationals baseball is on TV! Spring Training game #1

If you have the MLB TV app for your device, you can watch the road feed of today’s Grapefruit League opener for the Nationals in Port St. Lucie against the rival New York Mets at 1:05PM. Gio Gonzalez squares off against lefty Sean Gilmartin of the Mets.

Because this is a spring training game, expect the starters to play a few innings as these games focus on getting your work in and an emphasis on mechanics. The constant reminder on spring training stats is to not get too concerned about them as the eye test is more important in the early weeks of camp.
Here is today’s line-up against the Mets with some recent pictures:

  1. Trea Turner SS
  2. Adam Eaton CF
  3. Daniel Murphy 2B
  4. Bryce Harper  RF
  5. Michael Taylor LF
  6. Adam Lind 1B
